These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the customer) and Taqwa Shope. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions

Acceptance of Service: Placing an order confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Modification: Taqwa Shope reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted here.

2. Products and Pricing

Product Description: We strive to accurately represent the color, size, material, and quality of our products. However, slight variations in color may occur due to photography or screen settings.

Pricing: Product prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.

Availability (Stock): If an item is out of stock or cannot be supplied due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and arrange a refund if advance payment was made.

3. Order and Delivery (The Critical Part)

Delivery Timeline and Inspection:

Delivery Commitment: Once your order is confirmed, you will typically receive your parcel within 4 to 6 working days.

Mandatory On-Spot Check: Upon receiving the package, you MUST open and thoroughly check the product quality, accuracy, and for any damage in front of the delivery rider.

Immediate Resolution: If you identify any defect or issue during this immediate inspection, inform the rider right away. We will attempt to provide an immediate solution (such as exchange or partial adjustment) through the rider.

Acceptance of Complaints:

Crucial Notice: No complaint will be accepted or entertained once the delivery rider has left your premises. It is your sole responsibility to inspect the product before the rider departs.

Delivery Charge: Delivery charges (for Dhaka or outside Dhaka) are fixed and will be communicated at the time of placing the order.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Exchange: Exchange arrangements will be made for issues identified and reported to the rider at the time of delivery.

Major Defects: For major defects not visible during the spot check, you must contact us within [e.g., 24 hours/1 day] of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Used products or items with damaged original tags/packaging (clothing, footwear, cosmetics) are generally non-returnable.

Refund Processing: If a refund is necessary, it will be processed within [e.g., 7 to 10 working days].

5. User Responsibility

You guarantee that all information provided, including your address and payment details, is accurate and valid.

You must remain available for communication regarding any updates or changes to your order.
