1. Acceptance for Return (Conditions)
A return will only be considered if the following unexpected issues arise after the mandatory inspection at the time of delivery:
Manufacturing Defect: The product has a significant factory defect (e.g., major stitching errors, tear, or irreparable damage).
Wrong Product Sent: You received a product entirely different from what you ordered (e.g., a wrong design or item type).
Expired Cosmetics: Any cosmetic item received is past its expiry date.
2. Return Timeline and Process
Time Limit: For the issues listed above, you must inform us via our contact number or email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Complaints received after this window will not be considered.
Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or issue when submitting your complaint.
Shipping: Once you receive our confirmation, you must send the product back to our designated address using a local courier service (e.g., Sundarban, SA Paribahan, etc.).
Courier Cost: If the defect is confirmed to be our fault, Taqwa Shope will reimburse the courier charges.
3. Non-Acceptable Returns (No Return/Exchange)
A return or exchange will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
On-Spot Check Issues: Any complaint related to color, size, or pattern that should have been resolved or reported during the inspection with the delivery rider.
Used Products: Items that have been used or washed.
Missing Packaging: Products returned without the original tags, packaging, or with a broken seal (for cosmetics).
Minor Flaws: Slight stitching imperfections or minor color variations that do not affect the usability of the product.
4. The Refund Process
Verification: Once the returned product reaches us, our Quality Control Team will thoroughly inspect it within 4 working days.
Refund Timeline: If your complaint is verified as legitimate, the refund (product value + applicable courier costs) will be processed and sent to you within the next 4 to 7 working days.
Refund Method: The money will typically be refunded to your provided Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Account.
